Man upset at family court proccedings makes threat of violence in courthouse

A man upset with a ruling made by Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis in family court walked out of court on the 2nd floor and made a threat saying something similar to him shooting every one and being out of here in 24 hours.

No deputies were around at the time of  the statement but according to one reader, he continued his rant in the elevator.  Someone supposedly reported the incident and a family law attorney told me she made a statement. I was not told whether it was a formal report.

There are confidentiality rules in family law cases. EPD has no such report. HCSO is following up on my request for information but right after the incident, no report had been filed.
