If the Christopher Craft case resolves today, you heard it here first

(Brandon Brocious)

Jurisdictional hearing for Christopher Craft aka Christopher Sterling is scheduled to start July 16 this afternoon. Craft is charged with the murder of Brandon Brocious.

There may be quite a few twists and turns today in this case. Which Judge will hear the case? What courtroom? Word is that the case might resolve today.

2 p.m. Case will be called in Courtroom 5 by Judge Christopher Wilson. Brocious' father, mother, stepfather, Jane Doe as well as other friends are here. Looks like a plea is being discussed.

Lorna Leen yelled at  Brandon's father Chip Brocious outside the courtroom, "Why dont you look at the girl that caused it? Jane Doe started to respond. Brandon's mother, Cyanne calmed every one down.

For a juvenile, at the jurisdiction hearing, a judge will decide whether the allegations are true.

Charges were dismissed against Craft's mother Lorna Leen after her preliminary hearing. Leen is out of custody and may testify at her son's jurisdictional hearing.

Craft is being represented by Ms. Christina Allbright. Deputy District Attorney Jessica Watson is the prosecutor for this case.

On July 9, 14 witnesses and 10 day estimate for jurisductional hearing was given. At that hearing, Ms. Allbrighy said she had told the People, defense is willing to stipulate to certain testimony such as medical testimony.
