Townhouse Motel attorney asks for paperwork which her clients already have

Candice Knight was in court on July 29 with her attorney Mr. Michael Acosta. Magan Natha and his son Alpesh Natha were not in court. They are the petitioner's in Candace Knight vs Eureka Townhouse Hospitality. Natha's attorney appeared via court call.
Trial date was set in November but there is also settlement conference next month.

Time estimate 3-5 days, according to Negrete. A discovery issue was raised by Negrete. In response, Mr. Acosta told Judge Kelly Neel that the Nathas had all the time sheets. The discovery they were requesting from Mr. Acosta was select time sheets which were a small portion of time sheets they already possess.
