Setting of preliminary was scheduled on July 11 for Maziar Eshghipour. Continued by stipulation to 7/25. This is the fifth continuance. Ruling on defense demurrer is still pending.
Mr. Greg Rael and Mr. Patrik Griego are co counsel representing Eshghipour. Mr. Rael is handling the demurrer.
