Sean Allman, the suspect charged with threatening members of the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California has a hearing scheduled this morning for motion to compel discovery. Defense has received that information and Allman's attorney, Mr. Ben Okin told me he is withdrawing that motion.
On July 10, the DA's motion to continue the preliminary hearing for August 14 was granted.
