Intervention was scheduled for homicide suspect Jason Barnes on July 25. Preliminary hearing scheduled for July 29. Defense request for continuance was granted.
Intervention is on 8/27; preliminary hearing on September 4. Barnes is charged with the murder of Ben Bertain.
