Patrick McTigue held to answer on all 10 counts


Former Building and Planning Department employee Patrick McTigue was held to answer
on all 10 counts. For Count 8, McTigue was held to answer on the charge but not to the amount of $50,000. 



McTigue kept shaking his head as Judge Timothy Canning made his ruling.

The District Attorney intends to file additional charges for theft of the CBD water from Redwood Coast Water Company and possession of cannabis with intent to sell.

McTigue was charged with six counts of bribery by officer/ public employee and three counts of grand theft and one count of prevent/dissuade witness/victim from reporting.

Arraignment on information is on July 25.

Day 2 of McTigue's preliminary hearing started with Jessie Genaro being on the stand followed by testimony of DA investigator Alan Aubuchon.
