Another traffic collison, another swift response by Eureka Police Department

I passed by half an hour ago. Officer Soltow was checking to see if nearby businesses had surveilance and captured the incident on camera. They did not. Officer Ramirez was controlling the traffic scene. Did not appear to be any injuries. Lady who owns maroon car was walking around looking for the driver.
