Preliminary hearing for Aaron Parker, who allegedly exposed himself near EHS, confirmed for now




Intervention was scheduled on July 10 for Aaron Albert Parker. Preliminary hearing scheduled for August 5 was confirmed, for now, with another intervention on 7/24.

Parker is charged with one count of Contact with a minor for sexual offense and three counts of indecent exposure was scheduled for this morning. The incidents allegedly occurred near Eureka High School.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor on the case. Parker's attorney is Deputy Public Defender Brie Bennett.
