Instead of having a second jury trial, registered sex offender Ryan Landowski entered a guilty plea to Count 4, failure to return to jail after a conviction and two special allegations regarding priors in his most recent case yesterday.
He was sentenced to a prison term of three years with total of 336 custody credits. The first trial resulted in a hung jury in May.
