DA charges Patrick McTigue with 15 counts

The District Attorney has added 5 more counts in the complaint filed for Patrick McTigue's jury trial. The former Building and Planning Department is now charged with 15 counts.

Counts 1 to 6 pertain to Timothy Roscoe, Counts 7 and 8 to Jessie Genaro, Count 9 to Lloyd Julien, Count 10 to Lacey and Richard Amaral, Count 11 James Alves, Count 12 and 13 Jeremy Kurtz, Count 14 to Jeremy Kurtz, Jessie Genaro and Timothy Roscoe and Count 15 Possession of marijuana for sale.
