Trial confirmation was scheduled for Gary Cudney this morning. Jury trial scheduled for August 5 was vacated. A continuance was agreed upon by both prosecution and defense stating more investigation is neccessary.
Cudney is charged with the death of Dwight Davis aka Dirty Dave.
Trial confirmation is on November 19; jury trial on January 6. Time estimate is one month.
Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward is the prosecutor for this case. Mr. Manny Daskal is Cudney's attorney.

What the hell is there to further investigate the lousy drunk murder killed Dave ! 1st degree murder ,wasn't his 1st dui he knew what could happen and it did. He murdered a good man who never deserved to go out like that.
