Gary Cudney was arraigned this morning on the same charges he was held to answer after the preliminary hearing. Cudney is charged with the death of Dwight Davis aka Dirty Dave.
Trial confirmation is July 25. Jury trial is August 5.
Cudney is represented by Mr. Manny Daskal.
