Pre trial and status of discovery was scheduled for murder suspect Ulisses Rodriguez on February 13. The hearing was continued to February 15. Another trial confirmation was requested by defense and is scheduled for February 21 to make sure all discovery has been provided.
Trial confirmation is scheduled for February 26. Jury trial for March 11.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin is representing Rodriguez.
