Trial setting for James Merrick was continued to yesterday morning. I just did a detailed post on this on February 20. No other media was in court last week. That post is linked below.
The jury trial was set for 7/22, and trial confirmation is scheduled for 7/2.
Deputy Trent Timm is prosecuting the case. Conflict Counsel Supervising Attorney Meagan O'Connell is representing Merrick.
