Alex James Haffner arrested on a Ramey warrant Friday for PC290.011(b), transient required to register as a sex offender was refused by medical and released on ORAS.
ORAS means his risk assessment score was too low and he was released on OR.
The latest Humboldt County jail reports have the same month, the same year just the day is off, dont know if it is a typo. County offices are closed and so I don't have booking photo and cant get more information on any prior record or this arrest today.
These links and a google search show that his last known address was in McKinleyville and the birth dates match up.
