Three Texas landowners and an environmental group have filed the first lawsuit yesterday challenging President Donald Trump's national emergency declaration.
The lawsuit was filed in Federal Court in the District of Columbia. The lawsuit claims the landowners were told their property would be seized for a border wall if money was allocated to the project this year.
More litigation is expected, California Gavin Newsom sent out a press release yesterday.
