You are going to have to wait until next Tuesday to see if Ulisses Rodriguez 's jury trial for two murders will start in March

Another pre trial hearing to make sure  all discovery has been provided in murder suspect Ulisses Rodriguez's case was held on February 21. It was continued to February 26.
Jury trial is scheduled for March 11.



The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm. Rodriguez is represented by Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin.

Mr. McLaughlin is still out sick today. Mr. Timm is out of the office for training. Deputy Public Defender Brie Bennett appeared for the defense. Deputy DA Adrian Kamada appeared for the People.
