Local attorney Kathleen Bryson to be arraigned next week; DA makes settlement offer




Local attorney Kathleen Bryson is scheduled to be arraigned on three counts on February 28.  The complaint was filed by Deputy District Attorney Andrew Truitt and given the time and settlement offer, the arraignment is scheduled in early resolution court.

Detailed charges and the settlement offer are listed below. As pointed out in the last post, the rest of the local media has ignored this case.

    Wouldn't have given this a seconds thought were it not for your post exposing the harassment you received. Now the name is burned in my mind.
