Trial confirmation was scheduled for carjacking suspect Nicholas Savieo this morning. Jury trial for February 19 was vacated.
Trial confirmation was rescheduled for March 13; jury trial is on March 25.
Update: In March, Dr. Ramirez was appointed to evaluate Savieo. Another hearing was held on April 11.
Trial confirmation May 23 and jury trial on June 3. Defense will pursue mental health diversion.
