Sorority donates 17,000 meals from convention to local food bank

The Delta Sigma Theta sorority concluded its 16,000-person biennial national convention early due to Tropical Storm Barry.

The sorority donated 17,000 catered meals of macaroni and cheese, flourless chocolate cake, potatoes au gratin and chicken to a local food bank.
