Defense motion to compel discovery and District Attorney's motion to continue Sean Allman's preliminary hearing was scheduled this morning. He threatened members of Episcopal Diocese of Northern California.
Motion granted. Status of discovery to July 14. Preliminary hearing rescheduled to August 14.
