Will alleged molestor James Hearn's case resolve before jury trial?



Trial confirmation was continued this morning to July 15 for alleged molestor James Hearn. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin appeared on behalf of his colleague, Mr. David Celli who is Hearn's attorney.

Mr. Celli is waiting on a report "that may be dispositive," Mr. McLaughlin told Judge Christopher Wilson.

 Jury trial on July 22. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm appeared in court for the People.

On June 6, Judge Lawrence Killoran granted the State Attorney General's motion to restrict alleged molestor James Hearn's from using his pharmacy license.
