Daniella Moore booked on murder and torture, has several cases in the system

 HCSO PIO Samantha Karges told me that Daniella Moore, the suspect in the Hilfiker parking lot homicide was booked on murder and torture charges. "No probation hold under this specific booking."

Since her arrest, I have had some information, I held off posting about until today to see if Eureka Police Department would release more information.

Moore has been in drug court before. She has several cases in the system, I am not going to list every conviction and dismissal but the alleged and convicted crimes are a wide range. Not all her cases fit on the screen.

Word on the street  is that her children were taken away  three days before. I cannot verify this due to confidentiality and if such a case has been filed, it is confidential in the court system.

A woman was supposed to  "hang out" with Moore that night but fell asleep and did not call her. I cannot verify this piece of information unless EPD can comment and they may not due to ongoing investigation.

I have a first name of someone, possibly the victim in this case. Have asked for verification and more information from Eureka Police Department. EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell is checking on my request.

I had contacted HCSO about when identity of the victim would be released and if an autopsy of the victim was scheduled. HCSO PIO Samantha Karges referred me to EPD, "Eureka Police Department has requested that their agency only release this information. We will be respecting those wishes as they continue their investigation."

No police report to the DA as of 9:20 a.m. or 3  p.m. Moore is on the must go list for tomorrow. That means if she is not arraigned by  close of business day tomorrow , she will be released from custody.
