Daniella Moore is charged with murder and torture and two special allegations. The alleged weapon in this case is shears.
So far, what I have told you about the word on the street" has been accurate. What I have heard is this is similar to the Fr. Eric Freed case.
No police report to the DA as of 9:20 a.m. or 3 p.m. on July 8 and there was no police report to the DA as of 9:15 a.m. this morning. It was received by the DA before lunch. The case just showed up in the system.
Moore was on the must go list for today. She is scheduled for late arraignment at 3 p.m. in Courtroom 5.
