Toxicology report by DOJ needed by doctors to finish evaluation of Antone Aubrey

Pre trial/ status of doctor's PC 1026 report for murder suspect Antone Aubrey was scheduled this morning. No reports have been received yet. Deputy District Attorney Shelly Small and Mr. Russ Clanton provided information to Judge Timothy Canning. Based on that an interim review date was set for August 1.

Two doctors, one requested by prosecution and one by defense need more information for their evaluation. A toxicology report by the DOJ is one of the items the doctors are waiting for. That will not be available until August 29. Defense said the hospital can provide that but DOJ has different standards.
