Sean Allman posted bail yesterday and is out of custody. Preliminary hearing is scheduled to August 14. Allman was arrested for threatening members of Episcopal Diocese of Northern California.
When his bail had been reduced to $50,000, certain conditions had been placed should he be released from custody.
Allman is subject to search and seizure with or without a warrant; has to stay away 1,000 yards from HSU; have no contact with any members of the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California; he has to submit any electronics including his cell phone to search and seizure with or without a warrant and he cannot possess any firearms.
