Kerry Mac Hengio was arrested by Eureka Police Department early this morning for PC 1203.2 (a) probation violation, PC 273.6 (a) violation of restraining order and PC 273 (d) Child abuse / inflicting physical punishment on a child.
Hengio has three previous criminal cases in the system. A dismissal in 2021. An assault case in 2021 with a guilty plea and deferred entry of judgement. A guilty plea in a DUI case in 2020.
