Yesterday after the preliminary hearing for his fentanyl case, Aaron Arlotta was held to answer for Count 1 resisting an executive officer and the special allegation of a serious felony conviction. Judge Kelly Neel did not find sufficient evidence to hold him to answer to Count 2 possession of fentanyl.
Arraignment on information in the fentanyl case is on 4/21. Arlotta's probation violation revocation hearing was continued to 4/21 for setting.
Arlotta has failures to appear, warrants and a criminal record.
4/21: Defense motion regarding bail heard. Bail status changed from no bail to $25,000 due to change in law. Arraignment on information continued to 6/2. Intervention is also set on the same day. Probation hearing on 6/13.
