At trial confirmation for alleged molestor Patrick Marshall, jury trial for April 26 was confirmed by both parties.
Time estimate for evidence is one week. This does not include jury selection.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Marshall's attorney.
