Status of third doctor's report was scheduled for murder suspect Daniella Moore on April 21. Dr. John Green was appointed at the last hearing. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 29.
Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Moore's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for this case.
Dr. Green has to still evaluate Moore. It will take 6 to 8 weeks after that for the report. Mr. Russo made an offer to Ms. Eads to continue the preliminary hearing to coincide with the doctor's report.
Ms. Eads will discuss that option with the victims' family and witnesses. An informal preliminary hearing calendar/discussion takes place on Friday. Dates maybe changed so I will update if that information is available before the 29th.
