HCSO Lt. Peter Cress just sent out an update on the King Salmon incident.
"At about 3 PM members of the HCSO safely detained the suspect. The suspect will be booked for domestic violence, terrorist threats, and firearm charges."
"Given the threats concerning an explosive device, the Explosive Ordinance Detail (EOD) is cautiously clearing the scene to ensure safety. Buhne Dr. will reopen when EOD has completed the safety check."
"The HCSO wishes to thank the public for their patience and cooperation."
4:55 p.m: Buhne Dr. in King Salmon has been reopened and the shelter-in-place order has been lifted. EOD completed their sweep and found no evidence of danger.
6:52 : Muhaw has been booked into the jail
