Robert Cullen would rather wait in jail and have Michael Acosta as his attorney then have someone else appointed

 

Convicted felon Robert Cullen had arraignment scheduled yesterday for his most recent arrest. It was continued to this afternoon and again to Monday.

His attorney, Mr. Michael Acosta, could not be contacted by court staff despite repeated attempts. Judge Lawrence Killoran offered Cullen options today. Cullen chose to wait in jail and hope that Mr. Acosta may show up on May 3 instead of getting another attorney apointed.
