Trial setting was scheduled for alleged rapist Joseph Hall on April 5. It was continued for another month because Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian wants more complete DNA records from the Department of Justice.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer told Judge Christopher Wilson, "What Mr. Orbelian is asking for is beyond what is normally provided."
