At trial confirmation, jury trial for alleged molestor Michael Franco had been confirmed for May 28. Then at trial assignment on May 24, defense requested a continuance.
Ms. Sara Zalkin appeared on behalf of Franco's attorney, Russ Clanton. Trisl confirmation rescheduled for August 22; Jury trial ,on September 3.
Franco has a prior conviction out of Los Angeles County for a sex offense involving minor.
