During redirect examination by Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads, Jane Doe said she met with DA Investigator Kyla Baxley and took a quick look at the Facebook messages.

Ms. Eads asked her about a message from Defense Exhibit A that had just been shown to her during cross examination. The message said,"Come to room."

"I don't normally text like that and I don't remember anything like this."

Deputy District Attorney asked Jane Doe about her CAST interview which was closer in time to when she made the report to EPD and showed her a transcript. The first time she said she was raped (which was also the first time her dad had sexual intercourse with her) she was"possibly 12, turning 13."

Deputy District Attorney then showed Jane Doe Exhibits 9 to 15. These were Facebook business records. She recognized some messages from Exhibit 10; she did not recognize other messages from Exhibit 10.

One set of messages was "about needing to redo another sex video."

Another message was about Jane Doe finding Seng Yang's phone in her bed.

Another message was from Jimmy Yung  (aka Seng Yang) to her, "WTF, you don't read bitch. You better read bitch so next time you don't see my fist in your mouth."

The WTF conversation was the day Jane Doe was going to tell her mom about what Yang was doing to her. This was an example of threats of violence he made to Jane Doe.

Exhibit 12 was a message sent on July 31,2017 from Yang to Jane Doe. "Stupid daughter, got dirty mind."

This was when Jane Doe was concerned about the next morning thinking Yang wanted to do another video.

Exhibit 15 was messages from December 22, 2017 to December 28, 2017. One message was about making another video and Jane Doe said she did not want to make the video. t
Another message was Yang telling Jane Doe they needed to make the video because they needed money.

Another message was while Jane Doe was still in Fresno and Yang was in Eureka. He had lwft a USB drive at a restaurant and it contained sex videos. Jane Doe could not find the USB.
