Trial confirmation was scheduled this morning for murder suspect Zachary Harrison. Jury trial scheduled for June 3 was vacated.
Deputy District Attorney Joel Buckingham made an oral motion to continue. The request was granted since there was no objection by the defense.
Pre-trial is on July 15. Trial confirmation is August 19. Jury trial rescheduled for September 16.
