Andrew Cunningham sentenced to the stipulated sentence of 20 years according to his plea deal

Sentencing for Andrew Cunningham and receipt of Dr. Andrew Renouf's PC 288.1 went through as scheduled this morning.

The plea was a stipulated prison sentence of 20 years. Cunningham waived his right to appeal. That was the final sentence.

Through his attorney, Cunningham said he did not want to address the Court directly and did not make a statement.
