Concluding instructions were given at 2:25 p.m. Jury was sworn in at 2:35 p.m. They did not take a break and started deliberating.
Some paperwork was taken in around 2:45 p.m.
Three alternate jurors were excused but one of them is waiting on the second floor. He finally left around 3 p.m.
Jurors took a break at 3:30 p.m. Looks like a note. At 3:37 Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads went into the courtroom. At 3:51 PM Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield went into the courtroom. Note from jury.
Jurors left at 4:40 p.m.
The only count the jury has an option for a lesser charge is Count 12.
