Before he was arrested, in an interview with law enforcement, Hearn admitted to some of the allegations such as grabbing Jane Doe #2 by her "pubic bone". Jane Doe #2 said he grabbed her by her crotch and picked her up. Jane Doe #2 said that he would pretend to fall on her and put his groin area on her groin area.
While Hearn's torso and face were not visible in the photo , he admitted to law enforcement it was his naked erect penis in a photo on his cell phone . Hearn showed Jane Doe #3 this photo. The photo was taken while his biological son, a toddler was in the background. Hearn said he was sexually frustrated because he was not having enough sex with his fiancee. The fiancee, "A.M.", is the mother of Jane Doe 1. Hearn said after some incidents with the girls he was aroused and wanted to have sex with his fiancee.
Jane Doe #3 said Hearn held her arms and placed her on his lap. Hearn dry humped the girls and "brushed his dick" up against Jane Doe #3.
Jane Doe #3 was very embarassed when she was being interviewed by APD Officer Tyler Moore.
Hearn admitted he had thoughts of doing it again with Jane Doe #3 and "what if" he went further while he was on top of Jane Doe #1.
Jane Doe #1 was in her bedroom. Hearn started tickling her, then spread her legs apart and she felt his penis touch her butt between her leg. "She asked him to get off her, he refused and she pushed him off her." Hearn admitted to this act.
Jane Doe 2 and Jane Doe 3 were friends with Jane Doe 1's sibling, "K".
"K"identifies as transgendered," according to Detective Victoria Marr. While one statement in court by Detective Victoria Marr referred to him as Jane Doe 1's "sister", in the rest of the testimony "K" was referred to as male and with appropriate pronouns. "K" told his mother,"A.M." that Jane Doe #2 and 3 had shared allegations about Hearn with him, then she spoke with the two girls and that led to "A.M." finding out about Jane Doe #1.
A.M. talked to Hearn and they both went over to talk to "R.B." who is Jane Doe #2's mother. This was before police were called.
All the adults knew Hearn. Jane Doe 1 and 2 still live in an apartment complex on Alliance Road when the alleged incidents happened.
The police were called around 9:30 p.m. on March 16, 2019. Hearn was arrested on March 17.
