"He sees himself as the victim. It is all about him."

After thanking the jurors for their time, attention, service, Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads started her closing argument. She will continue after lunch.

Very effectively recapping the case, using Jane Doe's testimony, photos, references to the videos, Seng Yang's own words during the EPD interview Ms. Eads used the evidence accentuated by powerful words to make her case reminding the jurors that these charges was Jane Doe's dad.

One of the most effective statements was how both Jane Doe's father or mother, her two protectors failed her.

"He sees himself as the victim. It is all about him. Using Yang's own words from his EPD interview, Ms. Eads told jurors Yang's only concern was about him and what would happen to him.

Ms. Eads showed stills from the longest video.

You see Yang having sex with Jane Doe who is lying on the bed lifeless with no expression.

Ms. Eads mentioned that jury instructions took 35 minutes. She said the video was 33 1/2 minutes long. In court, the video shown had had been redacted to 10 minutes.

Ms. Eads told the jurors that just in that video Yang raped Jane Doe multiple times, pausing to position her body several times.

Ms. Eads ended her closing statement by asking for a guilty vote on all 16 counts.

(will finish updating this evening)
