Jimmy Yung is the name Seng Yang uses for his music business. The Facebook account is not available through profile search but I found the Instagram photo. The Mtactainment was used in an email account. There are Hmong music videos online under his stage name.

Eureka Police Department Senior Detective Ron Harpham was on the stand all day yesterday.

He described how he obtained Facebook records and what the legal process and criteria is for law enforcement to serve a warrant to get social media information.

Det. Harpham got records for Yang, Kristy Lee, Jane Doe and Brandon Lee's record.

Facebook has an online request system. The search warrants are reviewed by lawyers.  Det. Harpham read facebook messenger messages.

Exhibit 15 messages:

Yang to Jane Doe : "Fuck you die."

Yang to Jane Doe : "Fuck you slut, motherfucker."

Yang to Jane Doe : "Your phone will break tomorrow."

Yang to Jane Doe : "Sorry about the text, I didn't tell you about plan."

Yang to Jane Doe : "This was my chance to do the project."

Yang to Jane Doe : "This project more than $300."

Yang to Jane Doe : "Tonight when mom falls asleep, I wake you, we do it."

Yang suggests to have the older sister sleep over at an aunt's house "so we do it."

Yang to Jane Doe : "I really need this. Kai, the guy been requesting. I need this to pay the $ I borrow."

Jane Doe to Yang: "Why can't you do this with mom?"

Yang to Jane Doe : "When mom falls asleep, I come over, then we go with the flow. Do whatever I tell you to do, I want you to tell me good."

Yang to Jane Doe : "After I go to mommy's bed, you act like you are asleep while we do it."

Yang to Jane Doe : "Just do what I tell you and when you are coming, tell me."

Yang to Jane Doe : "I want you to come at least three times. I want you to play with my ding dong."

Jane Doe to Yang: "You wish."

Yang to Jane Doe : "I want that $500."

The next mornung, Yang messaged Jane Doe.

Yang to Jane Doe : "Do it now."

Yang to Jane Doe : "I want you to do it good."

Yang to Jane Doe : "I want you to come good."

Detective Harpham read messages from Exhibit 51. These were from Yang to Jane Doe about the USB drive he lost at the Fresno restaurant.

Yang told Jane Doe in some of the videos, her face is not blurred. "If it lands to someone bad, we are done."

Exhibit 52 were messages about redoing a video.

Yang to Jane Doe : "I need a close up."

Jane Doe to Yang: "You did yesterday."

Jane Doe tells Yang he left his phone in her room.  Yang tells her to wear a skirt "or something easy."

Yang to Jane Doe : "Got a video posted for $300."

Yang to Jane Doe: "Redo tomorrow."

Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads showed Det. Harpham Exhibit 12. Messages from July 2017 at 5:40 a.m.

Jane Doe asks Yang why he needs her tomorrow morning. Det. Harpham said some of the messages may be in Hmong.

Jane Doe to Yang: "Touch me and I will drop kick you."

Jane Doe to Yang: "I already said I don't want to do it. It's sick and disgusting."

Yang to Jane Doe: "Stupid daughter. Got dirty mind. Perv."

Ms. Eads showed Det. Harpham Exhibits 3, 4, 5 and 6. There were snapshots of videos that were shown to the jury.

In one photo, Jane Doe is sitting on the bed in the master bedroom. Yang is taking his pants off and looking at the camera.
