Former DA Investigator and currently HCSO Deputy Martin Perrone testified about the forensic extractions he did on Yang's Samsung Galaxy S5 and a scan card in the phone.
There were several electronics given to Mr. Perrone by EPD Senior Detective Ron Harpham. Mr. Perrone examined the cell.phones,laptops,scan cards and fhumb drives and prepared a forensic report. He suggested that Det. Harpham get a search warrant for one of the I Cloud accounts associated with Yang's cell phone.
There were two videos of evidentiary value Mr. Perrone testified about in court today. While the videos were not played in court, the thumbnails accompanying them left little to the imagination. Video item #76 and Video item 805. Both had been deleted.
