Trial confirmation was scheduled for Jorden Sterling this morning. His attorney Mr. Russ Clanton told Judge John Feeney that the jury trial scheduled for June 10 "remains set" but the case is "likely to resolve."
"Mr. Sterling has rejected all our offers. Is there an offer pending? quipped Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees.
"There is," said Mr. Clanton flashing Mr. Rees an annoyed look.
Time estimate is down to 4 days instead of the original 5 days. People's witnesses include two officers and one civilian witness.
