Cory Fisher hasn't even been shipped off to prison and he is already prepping for his appeal. Court records hadn't been updated on May 16 but after my post on May 16, I checked the jail reports. Fisher had been transported to state prison on May 15.
The abstract of judgement is paperwork that is part of the packet that is sent to prison with Fisher. I am only posting the first page since the rest of the information is about his sentence and that has been covered in the previous post.
