With only 12 people left, finally a jury of 6 men and 6 women were picked in the Seng Yang case this morning at 11:15. After a break, at 11:55, four alternates, three men and a woman, were chosen.
Judge John Feeney told jurors they woould get "pre -instructions" tomorrow which he said were generic instructions. More case specific instructions would be given before closing arguments.
As previously mentioned, the District Attorney's office subpoenaed records from the Eureka Housing Authority. On 5/17, there was a listing for another subpoena to EHA; an order to attend court or provide documents and an afdadavit for a out of county subpoena. All these filed by the DA's office.
