"The charges are rape because it was rape."

Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads gave a brief rebuttal.  "I also have Jane Doe's transcript from the hours and hours she testified in Court."



Ms. Eads read quotes from Jane Doe's testimony showing that she did not consent.

Ms. Eads said Jane Doe testified she was 13 years old when she was first raped. She said during the EPD interview Yang did not deny he raped his own daughter.

"The charges are rape because it is rape."
