Attempted murder suspect Matthew Ramsey had his preliminary hearing scheduled for May 20. Victim is Joshua Spaulding.
Ramsey's attorney is Mr. Russ Clanton. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm appeared in court for the People. The DA's office requested a continuance until tomorrow for setting.
5/21 update: Intervention scheduled for June 25. Preliminary hearing for June 27. Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward was present for the People. Ms. Christina Allbright appeared on behalf of Ramsey's attorney, Mr.Russ Clanton.
