Text messages from Seng Yang's phone and Kristy Lee's phone and three videos were played for jurors this morning. If you thought Yang and Lee were disgusting POS, today's testimony will leave you cringing.
Jane Doe's foster mother walked out of the courtroom once the morning session ended, Jane Doe's foster father turned his face away while the graphic videos were played and Jane Doe's foster aunt put her head down in the courtroom and could not even watch.
The graphic details in Cory Fisher and Chad Smith are nothing compared to this morning's videos. I had some idea about the videos from the preliminary hearing yet for the lunch hour, I have just been walking around in shock.
I have not slept a single night covering many of these cases,including this one. After this morning, I dont even know if I can type testimony later. So, this is your pre warning, if you read my post on today's coverage, do it at your risk.
Yang is charged with forcible rape of his own daughter more than once as well as other sex acts done by force. He is also charged with forcing his daughter to participate in making porn, filming and distributing it for money.
What we watched was not filmed on a porn set.
Yang knew what the complete evidence was against him and yet he turned down the 39 years offer after the preliminary hearing and the 30 year offer before the trial. Yang, the souless, depraved monster showed no shame or visible emotion while videos of sex with a minor with close up view of genitals was played in court. The alleged victim in this case is Yang's own daughter.
These videos did not have to be played. No one wanted them to be shown. So if you are angry and disgusted, direct it at Yang.
Afternoon update: Two more videos were played. Two videos were redacted and shortened. There was detailed testimony about Facebook messages sent from Yang's Facebook account and phone to Jane Doe's Facebook account and phone.
