Andrew Cunningham pleaded guilty to a stipulated prison sentence; sentencing to be scheduled on March 5


Alleged molestor Andrew Cunningham's jury trial was scheduled to start February 4. The case had been assigned to Judge Kaleb Cockrum. Jurors filled out hardship questionnaires on February 4. Motions in limine were scheduled for February 4.

Today,  Andrew Cunningham pleaded guilty to a stipulated prison sentence of 20 years. Cunningham waived his right to appeal the sentence. Plea details below.  Resolution had been discussed several times prior to Cunningham accepting this plea offer.



Setting of his sentencing date and a receipt of a PC 288.1 report is scheduled for March 5.

A PC 288.1 evaluation is a mental evaluation for anyone convicted in California of sex crimes involving a child.

The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer. Cunningham is represented by Mr. Michael Robinson.
